Monopoly Monopoly is a type of mind game under the Parker Bros brand of Hasbro company. In which each player needs to accumulate a lot of assets for themselves by buying, renting and selling real estate.

This game requires players to have careful calculation, tactical thinking and luck. This toy set will help support your baby's brain development and enhance interaction with friends and family members.

What components does a Monopoly Monopoly set include?

Basic Monopoly Monopoly product set C1009 includes:

- 1 game board.

- 2 dice.

- Cute little animals represent the player.

- 32 houses and 12 hotels. Each real estate property will have a title (similar to a red book in Vietnam).

- Chance cards. These cards are placed in the box with the image "?" orange.

- Community Chest cards. These cards are placed in the box shaped like a blue treasure chest.

How to set up the original Monopoly Monopoly game

- Place the game board on the table. Mix and place the Opportunity cards face down in the orange box, and the Fortune cards in the blue box.

- Each player chooses a small representative animal.

- Each player is given $1,500 in capital by the bank, including all denominations. The remaining money and other items are stored in the bank's tray.

- Appoint a Bank manager. This person will take on the Bank's role as follows:

+ Managing excess money: This person can participate in the game but must keep his or her money separate and not mix it with the bank's money.

+ Manage those books, houses and hotels that no one has bought yet.

+ In charge of paying salaries and bonuses to players.

Purpose of the game

The purpose of Monopoly is for players to accumulate a lot of assets and use money effectively.

Participants

The basic way to play Monopoly has at least 2 players and a maximum of 4 players.

Begin the game

All players place their representative mascot in the box with the word Go. Then take turns rolling the dice, the person with the highest score gets to go first.

Every turn of Monopoly

When it is their turn to play, the player performs the actions below:

- Roll down your two dice.

- Move the mascot according to the number of points the dice just rolled.

- When moving to any cell on the game board, perform actions corresponding to that cell.

- If you roll the same dice on both sides, you can play twice in a row. But if the dice is rolled three times with the same two faces, then you have to go to jail.

- When your turn ends, it will be the turn of the person on your left.

Victory conditions

- Monopoly Monopoly game will end when the other players go bankrupt, leaving only the last player who has not gone bankrupt as the winner.

- In case there is a playing time convention, when the time runs out, the richest person will be the winner.

*A player is considered Bankrupt: A person who owes other players or the bank more money than they can pay. If you owe another player, that person must hand over all assets and cash to the creditor. But before handing over the assets, houses and real estate must be sold back to the bank for cash.

Types of cells in Monopoly - Monopoly

1. Departure box - GO

For each player's mascot that enters or passes through this box (whether by rolling the dice or as indicated by the Opportunity/Fortune card), you will be paid $200 by the bank.

2. Plot of land/property

Land purchase

If you come to a plot of land that no one has bought, you can buy it or auction it.

- If you want to buy, you pay the amount stated on the land to the bank, and get the corresponding Land Card.

- If you don't want to buy, the bank will auction that plot of land, starting price is 10 VND.

Pay the rent

- If you come to a plot of land that already has an owner, you need to pay that person the Rent according to the corresponding amount stated on the land document.

- If that plot of land is mortgaged, the landowner has no right to collect your fine.

Build a house on land

When you have all the plots of the same color, you begin to have the right to build houses on the land.

- The fine amount will double when there are enough plots of the same color

- When there are more houses, the fine continues to increase

- Highest fine when building a hotel

Build a hotel

When you have 4 houses on each plot of land, you have the right to build a hotel: Then the 4 houses will be sold to the Bank, then the player buys the Hotel. Each plot of land is only allowed to have 1 hotel.

3. Chance/Community Chest

When you land on either of these spaces, take the top card from the indicated deck and follow the instructions on the card. Then, return the face-down card to the bottom of the deck.

"Get Out of Jail Free" cards are held until used and then returned to the bottom of the deck. If a player draws this card and does not want to use it, they can sell it to another player for a mutually agreed upon price.

4. Prison

If you accidentally enter the Prison cell, you are simply "visiting prison" and nothing happens.

Reasons why you should be in prison include:

- Your mascot hits the Go to jail box - the box with the policeman blowing his whistle.

- You drew the command card "Go to jail"

- You roll the dice 3 times in a row with 2 identical faces

When you go to jail, you are considered to have lost your turn, and do not receive your $200 salary for that round and must move your mascot to the Jail box.

When you go to prison, you can only be released from prison when:

- You roll the dice to show 2 identical faces in 1 of the next 3 moves.

- You will be released from prison immediately if you draw the "Get Out of Jail Card" card.

- Buy back the "Get out of jail card"

- Pay a fine of $50

While in prison, you still have the right to participate in buying and selling real estate and collecting money.

5. Free parking

If you go into this box you are not penalized, and there is no problem.

6. Tax Box (Tax)

When you fall into the Tax box, you need to pay the corresponding fine listed on the box.
