Customer benefits when participating in the program
My point membership program includes 3 new membership levels: Silver, Gold, Diamond. After 12 months, they will be re-ranked based on the accumulated points of those 12 months. For each membership level, customers will receive different privileges. However, in general, My points member customers will receive the following privileges:
10% discount when scanning QR code (**): For customers when registering as a new member. Customers will immediately receive a promotional code when registering and fully updating membership information
Accumulation by membership class (*): Customers will accumulate points up to 2% of the total invoice value after VAT according to each membership class.
Double accumulated points: Double accumulated points up to 4% during the member festival on the 22nd of every month.
Baby's birthday promotion (*): Members receive an immediate 30% discount (maximum discount of 1.5 million/invoice) during the month of their baby's birthday.
Attractive privileges when upgrading: Member customers will immediately receive a 10% discount code when upgrading to a new level
Additional 10% discount and many other offers (applies to some products) (applies to in-store purchases)
Most customer benefits including points and incentives can be applied at all Mykingdom, Hobiverse and Clever Collection stores, except for some benefits marked (*) (**) stipulated in terms and conditions .

Step 3: Select “Follow OA My Points” , then select “Send to My Points to receive voucher”
